Peach Jam 2016 was great showing and a solid introduction to programs such as the NY Rens who made it to the quarterfinals in the first year. PSA Cardinals, Expression Elite, CP3, Team Penny, Mokan Elite and the NY Rens just to name a few, really represented there teams and organizations extremely well. The NY Rens gained confidence after the first win over Each one Teach One. Huge performances from Hamadou Diallo, Samson George, Jordan Nwora helped the Rens pull out that first victory. The NY Rens then defeated CP3 behind stingy defense and gritty play from the bench. Jordan Tucker, Jose Alvarado, Jordan Nowra all scored timely baskets to secure the win. However, the Rens frontline of Samson George and Greg Calixte frustrated Wendell Carter which was also key in the NY Rens advancing.
